About Account Post

A small, focused team building software that solves real data problems for real businesses.

Our mission

Data should work for you — not against you.

Most businesses run on a patchwork of apps and platforms. The data is there — in WorkflowMax, Xero, Assignar, survey tools, or a dozen other places. But it's rarely in the format you need, when you need it, or accessible to the people who depend on it.

Account Post Software was founded to fix that. We build the integrations, databases, workflows, and tools that connect your systems and surface your data — whether that means a custom application built around your specific operations, or a SaaS product that solves a common problem for an entire industry.

We work primarily with Australian businesses and have deep experience with the platforms and data structures common in professional services, field operations, HR, and compliance.

People behind the work

Daniel Quinlan

Founder · Systems Architect · Developer

Daniel founded Account Post Software with a focus on the gap most businesses fall into: data is everywhere, but usable insight is rare. With a background spanning database design, API integration, and full-stack development, he architects and builds the systems that bridge that gap.

He has delivered custom applications for clients in field operations, higher education research, and horse racing, and is building a suite of SaaS products targeting data integration, survey analytics, payroll compliance, and syndicate management.

Daniel works across the full stack — PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, Bootstrap — with particular depth in API integrations, data modelling, and building systems that non-technical teams can actually use.
